Ha Noi/ Sapa/ Y Linh Ho/ Lao Chai/ Ta Van/ Cat Cat/ Sin Chai

Our first experience in the tour to Sapa would be walking to visit Sin Chai and Cat Cat – 2 pretty villages of the Hmong at the bottom of Muong Hoa Valley. You will be admiring imposing views of the valley and also Fansipan Mountain which is said to be the roof of Indochina. Colourful terraced rice fields and waterfalls are also thee wonderful landscape of this tourist attraction. Visiting the village, you will have chance to witness the daily life of the locals with some activities like weaving , embroidering clothes or doing agricultural works.   

Night 1: Ha Noi – Lao Cai

9:00 pm – company’s bus picks tourists up from hotel to get to Tran Quy Cap train station. 

10:00pm – Train departs from the station. Tourists experience a night on train. The time to get to Lao Cai is estimated to be 9 hours. 

Arrived at Lao Cai railway station, tourists will be received by the company’s bus and transferred to Sapa town after around 1 hour. You then check in and have breakfast at hotel.

At around 9:00 am, the tour starts as tourists walk down toward Muong Hoa Valley to visit a village of the Black Hmong called Y Linh Ho which is around 7 km from Sapa town. This is the place where you could have amazing view of the terraced rice fields. We then have a 3-km and 4 km treks to Lao Chai Village and Ta Van Village of the Day respectively.

We have lunch with local dishes at a local family and at the same time have chance to learn about the architecture of houses here and also watch their daily activities. Afternoon, we get back to Sapa while enjoying the beautiful landscapes on the way there. We then have time to freely discover the town of Sapa for the rest of the day. Tourists then have dinner and overnight at hotel in Sapa. 
 

Tourists get up in to enjoy the fresh air of the mountainous region in the early morning, then have breakfast and check out from hotel. We then have a trek of around 3 km downhill to the Southwest to visit Cat Cat – one of the most beautiful villages of the Black Hmong in Sapa. Here we can be relax at the foot of a waterfall and visit the remains of a hydroelectric power station constructed under French colonization period. 

The picnic lunch takes palace by the side of the river before we keep trekking for 3 km to Sin Chai Village which is located at the foot of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. The village will give you lots of stunning views and interesting experiences. We then come back to Sapa on the main road. After taking showers, we prepare for the trip ti the train station in Lao Cai where we catch the night train to back to Hanoi. 

05:30 am – the train arrives at Tran Quy Cap station in Hanoi. Tourists will be picked up and transferred to hotel or appointed destination. The tour ends.
